The form, which is downloadable at www.EldoraSpeedway.com, fully details the prestigious three-day event that culminates with dirt Late Model’s richest one-day winner’s payoff of $100,000; to be contested over the weekend of June 6, 7 & 8. Thursday and Friday’s multi-car time trial sessions will divide the entrants each night into even and odd groups; with each group competing in a complete menu of Heat races, B-Features and 25-lap A-Features on both Thursday and Friday; upwards of 20 races nightly. Saturday’s traditional program of six Heat races will be lined up by using a driver’s fastest time trial lap from either Thursday or Friday. The Heat race finishes will continue to be used to line up the C-Feature, C-Scramble, B-Feature, B-Scramble and the rich 100-lap, $100,000-to-win Dirt Late Model Dream. For the fans, that relates to much more action on the historic .500-mile clay oval, while for the drivers and race teams it relates to additional track time and increased opportunities to capture prize money. With the twin A-Features on Thursday and Friday, Saturday’s C and B-Scrambles joining the Dirt Late Model Dream by Ferris Commercial Mowers 100-lap chase a total seven appearances on the coveted Eldora victory stage. Additionally, officials from UMP DIRTcar sanctioning group have announced that each of the seven featured events over the three-night period will award points towards their national championship.
