A busy Tuesday afternoon in the Eldora Speedway pit area was highlighted by an Open Garage session for race fans.  The special two-hour Garage access gave fans the ability to see the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series haulers and race trucks, tech area, media center, tire compound, victory stage and more.

Dirt Late Models were the center of attention on Tuesday evening as the Sunoco American Late Model Series competed on the historic racing surface.  Jeep VanWormer, Matt Miller and Steve Casebolt were the class of the field in the nonstop 25-lap Feature event. Casebolt would eventually pull away for the victory after going third-to-first in the later stages of the event. It was Casebolt’s first Eldora triumph since 2007.

Tickets are available for Wednesday’s 1-800 CarCash MudSummer Classic.  Walk-up sales will be welcome on Wednesday with remaining tickets going on sale at 9:00 AM at the box office.  A limited number of reserved seats are available, as well as seating in the General Admission areas.  Fans are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for the General Admission hillsides.

On-track activity begins on Wednesday morning with a 10:00 AM NCWTS practice.  The full Wednesday schedule can be found <HERE>
