The Eldora Stock cars return for their fourth race of the season after the 63rd season opener and a double-feature during Saturday Night Speedfest.

Paul Pardo, from New Paris, Ohio, has been red hot in the stock cars with four wins and a second place finish since August of 2015. He scored four victories in a row and then started 18th in the second of two features on April 23 during Saturday Night Speedfest. He worked his way up to second, but just couldn’t get around Rob Trent who claimed the victory.

Pardo leads the points standings by 11 markers over a three-way tie for second between Trent, Frank Paladino and Donnie Jeschke.

Once again, there are two feature races Saturday with the lead lap cars inverted for the start of the second. This means that the faster cars will be starting in the back of the pack which should produce some hectic racing as they look to move toward the front of the field.

The DIRTcar UMP Modifieds have had two races and both were won by guys from Michigan.

David Mielke, of Gladwin, Michigan won the season opener while Brian Ruhlman, from Clarklake, Michigan scored a victory in the Saturday Night Speedfest.

Despite the victories, Jeff Koz, from Lima, Ohio, leads the standings by four points over Evan Taylor.

Brian Post and Joel Dick are tied for third place.
