Race fans should retain all tickets, credentials, passes and receipts they have received to date. With tickets being rolled over to 2021 now, it eliminates the need to conduct a renewal period just weeks from now. This saves both race fans and Eldora from incurring additional processing and order fees associated with new ticket orders. In the event of personal hardships, refund requests may be submitted for consideration. If requesting a refund, patrons must send back all physical tickets/camping permits/vouchers and include a signed letter indicating the requested refund. Be sure to include primary account holder name and phone number. Refund requests are to be mailed to Eldora Speedway Tickets, 13929 State Route 118, New Weston, OH 45348 and must be postmarked by September 14, 2020. If requesting a refund and tickets are currently in Will Call, a signed letter is still required. All refunds will be issued by method of original purchase. Refund requests will be issued in the order they are received. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for refunds to be processed and credit issued back to individual card statements. Please be aware that 4-Crown tickets or campsites that are refunded are not eligible for renewal towards the 2021 event. The tickets and campsites are returned into the inventory of tickets available for sale to the public. On August 19, as part of Governor Mike DeWine and the State of Ohio’s continued efforts to fight the spread of the coronavirus, the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) issued the “Director’s Order that Provides Mandatory Requirements for Youth, Collegiate, Amateur, Club and Professional Sports.” The robust mandate is the first to address spectators at grandstand events – including speedways – since the state of emergency was declared in March. After thoroughly assessing ODH’s requirements for attendees, participants, spectators, and venues, Eldora and series officials made the decision to reschedule the event for 2021. + What happens to the tickets and campsites I already have? All previously purchased tickets, pit passes, campsites and suite admissions for the 39th 4-Crown will be honored for the rescheduled date in late September 2021. Please retain all tickets, credentials, vouchers, passes and receipts. Eldora Speedway will communicate updated information to patron accounts as it becomes available. + My tickets are in Will Call. What do I do? You are all set. Will Call will roll over to the 2021 event. However, if you would prefer your tickets to be mailed to you instead, simply call the ticket office during regular business hours. + I need a refund on my 4-Crown tickets. Can I get one? Refunds may be available for those experiencing personal hardships related to COVID-19. For consideration, the physical tickets must be mailed back to the ticket office along with a signed letter indicating the request. Refunds cannot be processed without a signed letter and the physical tickets. Send refund requests to: Eldora Speedway Tickets 13929 State Route 118 New Weston, OH 45348 Refund requests must be postmarked by September 14, 2020. Refund requests will be considered in the order they are received. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for the credit to appear on your statement. IMPORTANT: We are not able to offer 2021 renewal opportunities for any tickets that get refunded as they will go back into the public pool of tickets available for others to purchase. + What about the other events you postponed earlier this year? What is happening with those? A decision on each event with ‘postponed’ status will be made soon. + Why are you only including the ASCoC in your Governors Reign replacement event? The Governors Reign is not meant to replace the 4-Crown Nationals. This is a new stand-alone event that was created with the help of the All Star Circuit Champions and FloRacing. It becomes increasingly difficult to put a 4-Crown replacement event together due to sheer number of divisions and competitors involved. + Can I drive to Eldora on September 22 & 23 and watch the big screen from the parking lot? All spectator areas, parking lots and campgrounds will be gated and closed. The only people permitted to be on property will be those that fall within our official Operations Plan when approved by local and state health officials. + How can I watch the event on September 22 & 23, 2020? The exclusive streaming partner for this event and many others on Eldora’s schedule is FloRacing.com FloRacing subscribers also receive complete access to the entire network of FloSports verticals ranging from cycling, wrestling, football, baseball, softball, grappling and more. Watch the races across all screens by downloading the FloSports app on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire and Chromecast.
