• EVERY DRIVER REGARDLESS OF DIVISION, MUST COMPLETE AN ELDORA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION BEFORE COMPETING ON TRACK
• Save time at the track on race night by completing this online version. This will take care of membership requirements, plus W-9 / W-8 paperwork.
• This form only needs filled out one time regardless how many cars a single person drives or owns.
• Drivers competing in a DIRTcar sanctioned division will also need a valid DIRTcar membership.
