The event schedule for 41st Kings Royal week featuring High Limit Racing and World of Outlaws is below. Times are subject to adjustments closer to event week.
A Pit Pass Upgrade is the process of adding a pit pass to a previously purchased ticket. This can be done for any and all of the July 17-20 event days.
All ADULT pit pass upgrades must be performed at the Upgrade Station located outside of turn 4, near Gate 3. You must have a valid ticket for each day you want to upgrade (meaning if you come on Wednesday and want to upgrade to a 4-day pit pass, you will need your Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday ticket in hand to do so).
Minimum age in the pit area is 14. Ages 14-17 require parental consent waivers to be signed.
Pit pass upgrade prices: Wednesday only: $10 Thursday only: $20 Friday only: $10 Saturday only: $20 4-Day (Wed/Thurs/Fri/Sat): $50 3-Day (Thur/Fri/Sat): $45 2-Day (Fri/Sat): $25
When upgrading a reserved seat ticket – you still retain the reserved seat location.
Regular full price pit passes are available at any ticket window around the track.
MINOR PIT PASSES:
All MINOR pit passes and MINOR pit pass upgrades must be processed at Gate 4. Minor waivers will not be accepted at any other ticket office or ticket window on property.
Everyone arrives at different times throughout the week but most leave at the same time after the race. As such, parking lots and roadways can be congested. To help alleviate congestion, local authorities will be initiating a post-race traffic pattern that will get the lots emptied quicker. There are two versions of the post-race traffic pattern; a condensed version on Thursday and full counter-flow pattern utilized on Friday and Saturday.
Please look at the map below. Each lot will exit in a specific direction. If you find yourself going in the opposite direction that you need to be going, check out a local map of the area roads. Many roads and highways in this area are square mile blocks so getting yourself pointed in the right direction should be a breeze.
Two complimentary shuttles will be making their rounds in Eldora Village Wednesday through Saturday from 4pm – 8pm. They will be making stops periodically to pick up and drop off passengers. The shuttles will only be available in Eldora Village and will not be crossing the highway.
As each afternoon progresses and we get closer to race time, please be prepared for congested traffic around the Speedway. As lots closest to the entrance gates reach capacity, please be aware of your other parking options. The map below depicts vehicle parking areas and their entry points.
On Wednesday, July 17, admission gates will open at 12:00 pm. Eldora staff members will walk each line into the facility in a 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙡𝙮 fashion. Lines will be walked to each respective holding area (see map below). Once all fans have safely moved inside the facility, the Eldora staff members will simultaneously release each line to begin placing chairs on the hillside. Fans are encouraged to use the attached map to ensure they end up in the area they want to place chairs. Tickets will not be needed to enter the facility at 12:00 pm.
Gates will then close at 1:00 pm on Wednesday for a complete sweep of the facility. All fans inside at that time will be asked to proceed outside the gates. Grand opening of all gates is scheduled for 2:00 pm. Chairs may continue to be placed on the hillsides once gates are reopened (just make sure you have your ticket at that point!)
Notes: * Fans lined up at the main gate will have the option to proceed to the holding areas at either end of the grandstands once the doors open. * South end campers will be lined up between sections SI and SJ. * When placing chairs, absolutely no stakes in the ground. No spray paint. * Only mark off space equal to the number of people in your party. When the hillsides fill up later in the weekend; if there are large unused sections in your area, our ushers may start filling it with guests who need space to sit. * Once placed, chairs may be left in place from day to day. Chair owner assumes all responsibility of chairs left on the hill.

Eldora Speedway displays a live feed from Timing and Scoring during most race events. The feed displays driver info, lap times, running order and more – in real time. There are several options for accessing this feed. Please choose the option best matches your current setup:
This free flash-based display updates in real-time as each car crosses the scoring loop. This feed works for most computers, but not phones or tablets. If you have difficulties viewing this feed, download the latest version of Adobe Flash or use the alternate timing & scoring display to the right.
This free non-flash display updates automatically every 30 seconds. This feed is generally compatible with most computers, phones and tablets.
