Governors Reign Invite List

This event is being broadcast exclusively on FloRacing. A $150 annual membership to FloRacing gets you access to the Governors Reign, plus hundreds and hundreds of other live racing events (including the bulk of the 2021 Eldora schedule).

What can you expect from the live broadcast? The best-in-class production will feature more than 10 cameras, instant replays, live timing and scoring, interactive elements, a full team of on-air commentators and more!

The Governors Reign is a participant-only event being held behind closed doors due to the State of Ohio’s ongoing restrictions in response to the ongoing COVID-19 health crisis. The field of 48 has been finalized and can be seen below.

Both nights can be seen exclusively on FloRacing, the official livestream partner of Eldora Speedway and the All Star Circuit of Champions (ASCoC), and via the FloSports app.

Brady Bacon, Tyler Courtney and Travis Philo were extended invites to the event by virtue of their performance in the fan vote competition.

The champion of Wednesday’s “Governors Reign” will earn $52,000 while feature race starters are guaranteed a minimum of $1,500 from a posted purse similar to that paid at the Kings Royal just a few years ago. The preliminary feature on Tuesday night will pay a national series standard $10,000-to-win and $800-to-start. All non-qualifiers will be paid tow money.

An additional $6,000 has been added to Wednesday’s purse thanks to the generosity of Kevin Rudeen.
