EVERY DRIVER REGARDLESS OF DIVISION, MUST COMPLETE AN ELDORA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION BEFORE COMPETING ON TRACK
Save time at the track on race night by completing this online version. This will take care of membership requirements, plus W-9 / W-8 paperwork.
This form only needs filled out one time regardless how many cars a single person drives or owns.
Drivers competing in a DIRTcar sanctioned division will also need a valid DIRTcar membership.
