The State of Ohio’s current orders restricting mass gatherings and spectator events at large venues, a part of the state’s response to the COVID-19 health crisis, remain in effect. ==================== TICKET INFORMATION All advance tickets, pit passes, campsites and suite admissions for the 50th World 100 will be honored for the rescheduled date in September 2021. Race fans should retain all tickets, credentials, passes and receipts they have received to date. If requesting a refund, patrons must send back all physical tickets/camping permits/vouchers and include a signed letter indicating the requested refund. Be sure to include primary account holder name and phone number. Refund requests will be issued in the order they are received. Please allow up to six (6) weeks for refunds to be processed and credit issued back to individual card statements. Governor Mike DeWine and the State of Ohio have been leaders in the fight against the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The Ohio Department of Health’s statewide order restricting mass gatherings and spectator events at large venues, make it impossible for Eldora to conduct the 50th Annual World 100. The event is being rescheduled to 2021. The 50th running of the World 100 will take place in early September 2021. + What happens to the tickets and campsites I already have? All previously purchased tickets, pit passes, campsites and suite admissions for the 50th World 100 will be honored for the rescheduled date in September 2021. Please retain all tickets, credentials, vouchers, passes and receipts. Eldora Speedway will communicate updated information to patron accounts as it becomes available. + My tickets are in Will Call. What do I do? You are all set. Will Call will roll over to the 2021 event. However, if you would prefer your tickets to be mailed to you instead, simply call the ticket office during regular business hours. + I need a refund on my World 100 tickets. Can I get one? Refunds may be available for those experiencing personal hardships related to COVID-19. For consideration, the physical tickets must be mailed back to the ticket office along with a signed letter indicating the request. Refunds cannot be processed without a signed letter and the physical tickets. IMPORTANT: We are not able to offer 2021 renewal opportunities for any tickets that get refunded as they will go back into the public pool of tickets available for others to purchase. + Can I exchange my World 100 tickets for tickets to another event? Due to the fluid nature of the 2020 season and the coronavirus pandemic, we cannot offer exchanges to other events on the 2020 schedule. Simply put, we do not know if or when we will be permitted to host fans in 2020. + What about the Baltes Classic and 4-Crown Nationals? The Baltes Classic has been postponed. There has been no official decision on the 4-Crown Nationals but that is the next event on the original schedule and will be addressed in the near future. + What about the other events you postponed earlier this year? What is happening with those? Those events remain postponed at this time and, frankly, the window of opportunity to hold them is closing every day. For Eldora Speedway to host spectators at events this year, we need the racing community to practice social distancing, wear a cloth face covering, bandana or mask when you’re around others, and practice good hygiene by frequently washing or sanitizing your hands. Not until the spread of the COVID-19 virus is under control and the State of Ohio lifts the order prohibiting spectators from grandstands at large venues will we be able to start working with the sanctioning bodies to reschedule the events. When we know, you’ll know – we appreciate and understand your frustration! + But you are having an event the weekend of the originally scheduled World 100. I’m confused?
